Angelo and Maxies, Inc AGMX (.735) is getting out of the restaurant
business. "The Company consummated a sale of three of its then-existing
five steakhouses on January 7, 2004 and executed a definitive agreement
on June 22, 2004 to sell its remaining two steakhouses and related
intellectual property.
